I too am a martyr to my bloating/IBS. Have you tried a gluten free diet? My shiatsu practitioner recommends peppermint tea or colpermin capsules and I also find some of the methods of massage she uses very helpful. Chewing food thoroughly before swallowing helps too as by doing this you're not swallowing air at the same time. Some fruit and veg can cause gas and bloating too but I guess it's just a case of trial and error in finding what suits each of us. Carole x
