wow I am impressed a kilometre thats a lot of water, well done how long did it take??
I did a lot of walking yesterday but last evening I also eat loads and we drank three bottles of wine between three of us but I think I had the lions share , feeling a bit iffy this morning ,maybe a swim and I´ll feel better.
Our weather is not great at the moment I think all the good weather is over Northern Europe . WE might BBQ and tonight we are taking our niece to an Irish pub to hear some music and have a pint or two , I think it`ll be shandy for me
