Good morning girls, its another sunny day, arent we lucky?, I think its back to normal at the weekend for us tho. Is it me or has this week flown by?, its Friday again already!, and that means there is only 4 days to weigh in day. "There isnt enough cookies in the world to make you feel loved and whole" The main reason people eat when their not hungry is to fill an emotional gap. Its important to tune into your feelings to be able to tell if it emotonal hunger your feeling or the physical hunger. Here are 2 key things to pay attention to: 1. Emotional hunger comes on suddenly and its urgent, physical hunger come on slowly and quietly. 2. Emotional hunger can not be satisfied with food, where as physical hunger can. If you find yourself eating quickly and urgently wothout feeling full and satisfied, you probably dont need more food- you need love. Throughout the day today, I want you to send yourself love at least once an hour, and see if you notice a positive difference in your feelings.
