Well done honeybunny - I think that it's when you can 'see' & feel on the inside, what you have achieved on the outside, that you are not quite as much as a slave to 'emotional eating'. I used to feel complacent when people commented on my weight loss and then wouldn't lose for a couple of weeks because I 'relaxed' the rules!! Now I use PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) alongside PMK and feel sooo much better about myself. I,too, am not 'there' yet but maybe by taking the 'scenic' route with my weight loss it will stay off!! I also agree about the support & encouragement - it's as important - if not more so than listening to PMK
