I know it is a current trend and possibly fashion to be on a diet but I personally have never been on one. I was bought up to eat regular meals each day and have always felt that one should eat what they feel like eating but of course within reason and being sensible. Am I alone in this idea or do others out there feel like me and generally eat what they like when they like? Best wishes to those who are trying to loose weight right now. I don't wish to knock those who diet I just think there is another side to this issue of 'Food and Dieting.
