Hi guys,
well yesterday I cleaned the house, did the shopping etc etc and today its my turn.....
I am paying a visit to the hygenist,for a clean and polish, then I am off to the beauty salon for a waxing and a cleanse and body polish, finally I am of to have my hair trimmed and when all this is completed I am going to have a relax in the garden, Why all this frantic activity.......... OH is home tomorrow, his helicopter gets back to the base at about 9.30 and I am going to be there, looking better than I have for the last few years. Thanks to you guys I have lost weight, I am more toned and I look much healthier since I last saw him. A few weeks ago I would have spent the time bemoaning the fact that I was really fat and finding all the negative things about myself that I disliked, trying on and discarding every item of clothing that I possess as it made me look fat, frumpy or was just too tight!! Now I can look at all I have achieved and say, well Ok , I am not there yet but I am on the way.
So thanks for all your support, I could not have done it without you.
