Good morning girls, thanks for all your feed back yesteday. All emotions come from your unconscious mind. By tuning in to your body to feel your feelings, you are opening up the pathways of communication. Here is a simple process you can use to learn from all your emotions: 1. Clarify the emotion that you are finding uncomfortable. Dont be distracted by why you are feling it- just focus on the feeling itself. Where in your body do you feel it? Are there certain situations, times, places or people with whom it tends to a rise? 2. Next, ask yourself what the feeling is about- what mesage does it have for you? If you are not sure its ok to guess- your guess comes from your intuitive self. 3. What ever the message, let your unconscious mind know youve received it. If there is any action to be taken, promise yourself you will take it soon-ideally within 24 hours. 4. Youll know if you have correctly identified the emotion and its message when the uncomfortable feeling begins to disolve into the background and your natural, confident sense of ease and well-being returns to the fore.
