Thanks mjm for the pm, have now found what I was looking for, order the book and cd and am raring to go. The weather over here in Germany in fantastic right now and supposed to stay like that all week, so I can cycle to work if I feel up to it, going to the gym after work today and looking forward to sittin out on my new deck in the garden with a glass of something chilled.
