Hi need2know- I suffer from bloating too. I can link mine directly to food intolerances. I have lots, and as soon as I eat something that doesn't work with me I bloat. I use probiotics, supplements - you name it but the only thing that works is when I cut out all the things I react to. Dairy, glutens, sugar, fruit, nuts, soy, alcohol - they'll all do it to me. I really try to eat sensibly but if I cut out everything it leaves me with practically nothing to eat, so I eat as well as I can but have to eat some of the things that don't sit well or I'd starve. Maybe there's one thing that you are sensitive to that you could cut out? It really isn't easy but it might be worth it to cut out things one by one to see if it helps. I really sympathise! |
