That fabulous news! and good for you,I don't know your age,(and I'm not asking!!)but I just wish that somebody had been able to motivate my dad following his hip op,but sadly not,and so for years now he has virtually just sat in a chair

. I know he is in his eighties,but as a one time long distance walker,I think it is so sad that he lost his confidence that much that now just to walk across the road is an effort.
Keep going,Val,you'll be an inspiration to many
