Well I now find that I can control my eating, before it was the other way round and I would often find myself eating, not because I was hungry but often because I was bored and it was something to do. Looking back through the recycling bin this week i find there are still to many wine bottles so I have resolved to cut down my wine consumption drastically. That should help with the weight loss and will be healthier in the long run. I have not kept up to date with my journal this week because I was busy and the weather was nice and I was outside a lot so I just forgot but i will try and do better next week. I have done well with exercising even going for a short run before work, so that is a real plus. |
