Hi Catriona - great to read your post. I lived in Johannesburg for 25 years - returning to the UK 11 years ago.

On the subject of stress - I have also begun doing my supermarket shopping over the internet and having it delivered. It really is a huge help - although I still shop for fruit and vegetables and oddments, it is great to have the bulk of it delivered to my door - particularly as I live in a third floor flat! Oh - and lists - I couldn't cope without lists!
