Hi Girls, had a lovely day today shopping with a fellow forumer. As we are both Flabuless girls we had a very light lunch and no wine! I feel so much more positive this week and back in control, unlike last week where I just lost the plot. Hope you all have a lovely weekend and stay motivated and focused.
