thanks mjm I was never active before I came to Spain just stayed in and watched TV, I even worked from home, I do love my life now and want to be fit and healthy so that I can live forever.
today I went to the pool I am very nervous and although I can swim I always stay in my depth today I swim in the deep end , Yeahhhhhhhh I was scared but I think the CD is helping me in more ways than one
