Hi Holly, not much to add, only to say that a little bit of light relief goes a long way in motivating us to do things. A good night out and a laugh with our friends, can probably spur us on for weeks.

Sitting in front of the computer all day always makes me feel miserable. A brisk walk in the sunshine with my dogs - and I'm suddenly feeling much better!!
