We love hummus! It is a staple in our summer menu and I love to make it for guests and potlucks. My easy recipe is: 1 can garbanzo beans (drained) 4 cloves fresh garlic Sea salt to taste 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Ground black pepper to taste 1.3 cup extra virgin olive oil (modify to consistency desired) Put all ingredients in cuisine art and blend at pulse speed to desired consistency. You may pulse several times and stir with wooden spoon to distribute olive oil. FOR THINNER HUMMUS to use as a vegie dip-try adding more olive oil- FOR THICKER HUMMUS to use as a spread on crackers or bread, this may be just enough Olive Oil.
