I am going to try this as the humous we get here is much thicker than the stuff I used to get in the UK and I don't like it as much. Also it has a use by date weeks ahead and lasts for ages after opening, unlike the UK ones. I suppose you might say that is a good thing but it makes me wonder how many weird preservatives they are putting in it.
I particularly like the red peppers and coriander idea - very summery.
