Great to hear you all like Limoncello, I make my own here in Italy...recipe is on my web page. Its impossible to make in UK as they dont sell the pure alcohol that is required. I believe Lidl stocks it in UK. Put the bottle and small shot glasses in freezer...a good limoncello wont freeze because of the alcohol content!
