Yesterday Glitterqueen had problems with her boiler, and it stopped working. Today our boiler stopped and straight away she pointed us to the correct website. The condensate had frozen, overnight, (it was -7 here) in the outside drainage pipe, and the boiler had stopped. Modern boilers have a pipe that takes steam away from the boiler into a drain. As well as a flue. We thought it wouldn't freeze because it is on the house, but because it is so little, it did freeze. OH has just taken 4" of ice out from inside the tube. We would never have thought of that, if it had not been for GLITTERQUEEN! WELL DONE GLIT, AND THANK YOU. Loo |
