Hi Annemari I would recommend going to John Lewis (if you are near one) during the week (when it is less busy) and talking to the assistants. There is a wide range of saucepans and it also depends what you cook on. I have an induction hob and use stainless steel pans. I really like them as they are so versatile and easy to clean. I have a couple of saucepans which have two little handles which means I can start dishes off on the hob and then finish them in the oven. So I would recommend thinking about what sort of meals you cook too, to get as much use out of your new saucepans as possible. |
