I usually make Turkey a la king. It uses the left over mushrooms and cream. It is lovely with some rice and a bonus it freezes. So after Boxing Day I usually make a big batch of this and we have some for dinner that day and the rest in the freezer for future use. If you like the sound of it I will pm you with recipe. Other than that.... saute some onion/mushroom/pepper till soft, add some gravy and chopped up turkey. Put in dish. Cook any brussels that are left and some potatoes. Mash together and put on top of turkey mixture, sprinkle some cheese on top and cook in oven at 170 for about 30 mins or until the cheese is nice and crispy. |
