Had a sudden urge to make a batch of these this morning, and thought the recipe might be a good one to share. Yummy, super-quick and easy! CHOCOLATE SQUARES 8 oz SR flour 5 oz porridge oats 1 oz cocoa powder 6 oz margarine 8 oz soft dark brown sugar Gas 4 / 108 deg C / 350 deg F Melt margarine, sugar and cocoa together and mix well into dry ingredients. Press into square baking tin, bake 15-20 mins. Cool in tin and cut into squares. |
