What about a vanilla new york cheesecake from asda extra special range (3.29p) decorate with some rasps and mint leaves and dust with icing sugar (serves 6) serve with a rasp couli or cream. A fresh fruit salad with rasps, strawberries blueberries and black grapes in a sugar syrup served with cream or ice cream or just a bowl of fresh fruit and a cheese board.
