sure, here it is ... feel free to adjust to your own tastes ... finely chop a small onion and saute until soft in a tablespoon of sunflower oil peel and chop one and a half cucumbers and add to the pan with a chopped garlic glove add 300ml boiling water and half a teaspoon bouillion powder. bring to a light boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and blend. saute 4 finely chopped spring onions and 1 bruised lemongrass and 1 red chilli until softened. Add to the cucumber mixture. Add a tin of coconut milk and the zest and juice of a large lime. try and wait for it to chill before eating!! I've just made a big batch of lemonade.... a cake and a warm lentil salad. I'm feeling very domesticated today. glass of wine time methinks
