Not long ago on this forum a thread went into the virtues of the 'F' word. People i least expected were saying what a wonderful release it is to use it sometimes and the empowerment you feel when telling someone to F off. I personally don't get offended by such words, but are some words more acceptable or less offensive than others?. Some words used down south we think are tame but i have heard they have a much worse meaning up north.
