There seems to be some evidence that PM's are getting lost!!

I recently sent a PM and went to my 'sent' file to check something and it wasn't there!!! I thought perhaps I'd fotgotten to tick the 'keep a copy' box so I tried again, this time making double sure that I ticked the 'keep a copy' box and it still wasn't there!!!!

So I started all over again it seems to have worked third time (there is a copy in my box)!!!

Could your techie people check this out please as I understand that other people have also experienced this problem?
