I have not been around that long but I think that if you scroll up the main page you will see different sections and I think you might get more help if you post this again on the Food and Homes section. My mum was given a juicer and she said that she will never use it so I keep meaning to bring it home with me and give it a try, I will let you know, think that it had a small recipe leaflet with it. will have a look and send you some recipes.
