I think you're right about the menopause. I went through a bad phase of feeling lost. I think we get so caught up in doing things for/around our children that when they leave home we lose our sense of purpose.
I joined the forum and started a supperclub and have met some lovely ladies. I decided that I was going to say yes to as much as possible.
So take a deep breath and go in there with a smile on your face.
