My son took some time to find out what he wanted to do. Some one said to me that you have to go down some roads to find they are cul de sacs and I find that to be true in my life too.

I have 'friends' whose children seem to go from strength to strength and left uni and straight into a career - onwards and upwards. It hasn't been like that for either of my children, some children just take more time to settle down. Can you and your daughter have a 'girly' day out (without your OH) and when you are sitting somewhere neutral enjoying lunch have a chat with her. Ask how she is feeling and say you have noticed that she hasn't been her usual cheery self and see what happens. Say you love her and that you want to help. Say that looking for a job is almost a job in itself.
