Walking clubs are great for those who want organised walks at regular, set times. What about those of us unable to walk any distance really that can be considered 'a walk', would like someone to amble along with for half an hour, now and then, when both of you are in the mood? Not everyone is fit enough to do a proper walk, yet amongst us there are those who like to walk, enjoy being outdoors, but just haven't the stamina for any sort of distance. Spare us a thought then, please, as you stride out, eating up the miles. |
