Hi Lyn, You are obviously a serious walker - I know I would struggle with even 10 miles - can you give me more info of the day plan though - possibly I could walk part way ( until stretchered off). I am trying to up my excercise to lose weight so want to walk properly ( which I guess you do) rather than ramble with a group. BTW - have we met? I am not sure if you came to Bath supper club - saw you on the forum... Letty |
