Hi, I know it is a few months since you posted this message and I dont even know if you still post on here, but I live in Portishead (by the Police HQ) and am looking to start power walking in the evenings. Im not very fit at the moment as I have been unwell for a few months, but I dont think it will take me long to get used to it again as I have been walking 3-4 miles most Sundays for the last few weeks.
