Hello Rosie, Nice to hear from you. I am not very fit either but need to get motivated to get fitter and I thought walking would be a good way to do this. I sometimes go walking at Stanick Lakes and Irchester Country Park but it would be nice to have some company. I usually just work three days at the moment and need to get in training as I am doing the Ribbon Walk at Blenheim on June 9th. I also need to loose a bit of weight and thought walking might speed this up. Hope to hear from you soon Rachel
