When my Son joined the Military Police he met up with a really nice lad. They have remained friends ever since and he has always been known as my ' Adopted Son'.

He left the UK on Wednesday to go to Afghanistan. Of course I am very concerned.

He is now married with two lovely children. Will be making sure I go up and see them very often while he is away.
