I have a friend who has an employment law consultancy and they offer free advice. Not sure where you are but you can email or phone them. they're called The Howarth Partnership,based in Cleckheaton, you'll find them on google. There must be a similar organisation near to you. They've also just set up a company dealing specifically with unfair dismissal claims so it might be worth contacting them, we went to see them this week as my son was dismissed from his job in april but unforunately they didnt feel we'd have a case for unfair dismissal which we thought would be the case, but at least they confirmed what we thought. good luck x
