I really hate those extending leashes, they are so dangerous. I have found that where I live a number of people walk along pavements with these leashes extended right out and make no attempt to reel them in when they see you, so you end up having to step over the bloomin things!! I thought they were just for letting the dogs run about in fields, I may be wrong.
I dont mind the dogs, but think some of the owners could do with some training!!
