Mm. I have done it off and on for a long time and like it best above Rseomary Conley/Low glycaemic thingy. I love things like bacon,steak and cheese and dont like pasta, so it has been good for me. I dont have a sweet tooth either. However the restriction on fruit and vegetables, that grow under rather than over ground, is restrictive. I think that you are allowed to eat berried fruit though these days. I do it fairly conscientiously for about 2/3 weeks before a holiday or occasion and loosely the rest of the time.( I am 60 about 5'3 and good weigh 9st 7 and bad 10st) |
