Hi Tigerfeet, thats pretty good going,when i lived in london i would get up every morning at 6 am,and walk for 3 miles every morning,before i went to work, it used to take me 45minuets,so for a beginner you done very well,you will feel so much better for it,you should feel the benifit in about a month,does wonders for the blood pressure no to mention your waist line.i used to do a lot of my thinking on my walks,good way of working out problems etc,well done keep it up. love olive oil |
