Good for you tigerfeet..............you can buy a band that you put round your back and, I think, you warm it up first. If you put this on when you start the warmth might ease those muscles a bit whilst walking. For knees I suggest some antiinflammatory gel on before you start and maybe some sort of support. Depends how bad those knees are.

Keep up the good work. Now snowy has invited us all to a party on another thread................as usual I have completely lowered the tone whilst she has been cooking and eating her dinner. But will be good now...........I promise so why not join us.
