Hi All.Well,I'm doing o.k so far.Porridge for brekkie and necterine,made my own veg stirfry for lunch, and lentil soup and two slices bread with TEENY spread of Flora for tea. Snacked on cucumber and fruit. Drank 2.5 litres water and went to the gym...just nicked a button off my youngest though!Mmmmmmm....Do you all always eat porridge? I wonder if their sales go through the roof in January when we are all trying to be healthier? Lets all keep up the good work.Oopsi. |
