If I say I don't care what people think I'd be lying but at my age, I've earned the right to be true to myself. I don't go out of my way to upset anyone and I won't be rude or obnoxious but people make their own judgements, good or bad. In my experience, it's my intelligence (not my looks) that unsettles people most but I won't apologise for having a brain. However, it does explain why I can't post a thread that's less than a zillion words long - sorry!!!
