well been pretty good today,porridge and banana for brekkie,slice homemade cumin and chickpea bread and bowl homemade veg soup[made from exrta roast vegs from last night]; and got salmon,green beans and sprouts tonight with blueberries and yogurt.have been so busy following Mrs Twiddles declutter the lounge...found few "lost" items in drawers which I had previously put in a safe place!!! |
