I wish I had the energy for exercise. I have been struck by the flu bug since 28th Dec. i worked on Xmas and Boxing days and was looking forward to the time off. I have managed two days of work since and got sent back home today. I hope Pilates will be gentler once I have recovered as I feel sluggish. I hope to look up classes held locally without having to belong to a club. How many times a week does one need to attend to see the results?
