If you do decide to look around for another job, I have found a few job search websites that are quite useful, and it's easy to set up email alerts with lists of suitable vacancies. I'm finding it quite satisfying to receive a clutch of email alerts every morning, it helps me to feel that I am being proactive about looking for another job.
