I had a friend ( note past tense) who asked me to go to the hospital with her here to help with translation for an operation. I translated the fact that she had no libido, was depressed because of the overhang she had due to four children (her choice!) and needed some help. AND she got it. I don't know if she had the operation or not as I distanced myself from her for that and other reasons but the fact was she decided that was what she wanted so decided to make sure she got it whichever way possible.
