Do you mind me asking how old you are ? A younger woman who has sadly lost her husband young or an older woman grabbing life by the horns ?
About 6 years ago I signed up to trek across Africa for MIND but injured both my ankles during training so didn't get to go ! I have signed up to do the 20 mile Haddon Hall walk in June for Breast Cancer Care which could be a springboard to go on to bigger things . Let me know how your fundraising is going .Good luck , Cath
