Still very slow
      #121764 - 28/05/2008 13:46

Does anybody else feel that the W and H Forum site is very slow. I thought that perhaps it was just me, but I belong to a couple of other Forums for different things and they seem ok.
Recommended W and H Forum to a couple of friends. Two of them said the got frustrated waiting for things to happen.

I have never had any trouble at all logging on until a couple of days ago, and now everytime I get onto the site it tells me I am not logged on so I have to log on every time. Like you patdock it is incredibly slow like about five or six minutes whereas before it was almost immediately.

Can someone advise from the magazine please? a few of the girls on the main forum gave me some advice but unfortunately it didnt help. Plasmo

Watching paint dry and grass grow, are both infinitely faster and more exciting than waiting for the forum to get anywhere......
Been like this for over a week already, at first it was OK during the day, and got slower and slower in the evenings, but yesterday after a "normal" start in the early morning, it steadily got slower and slower throughout the day. So slow in fact that I walked away and did other things while trying to get at a PM, or a thread.... or waiting for a post to get posted..... Last night I just gave up!!
All my other sites are fine!! Just the W&H forum is maddeningly slow!!!!

Yes, I agree this website is far too slow. There are lots of pictures/photographs on the forum at present and I am wondering if this might be slowing it down. I'm also not having any problems on any other sites.

Why dont you come back with some sort of explanation Woman and Home, its no good simply ignoring us, because if you continue to do so some people might just "go away" for good.
Your lack of interst to your readers really does not impress me at all. Plasmo
