Well, thank you all for the brilliant responses to the exercise... some really interesting little stories there. Keep this up and we'll get a book published of the Woman and Home Wannabee Writers Circle!
But, I think we do need a bit of organisation here otherwise we will all be putting forward ideas, at different times.
Can we try and agree on weekly or fortnightly for a start, when it comes to the exercises? I know many of you want weekly, many want fortnightly... I think the latter is best, particularly as many of us have other things going on in our lives. I think we have agreed, sort of, that it will be on a Friday? So could we take a vote on weekly/fortnightly please?
The next thing to consider is are we all going to take turns coming up with ideas, and if so, how will that work.. alphabetically? Which means, guess what, ASHBEE might be first now!!
Although I rebel against organisation and so on, I do think it necessary if we are to make sense of it all. After all, a proper writers group does have some sort of leader.
