I've just seen this post on here. I was wondering about her next book as I thought The Island was great. How far have you got, what do you think of it?

Its brilliant Bluebella, it took a couple of chapters to get into in but then I could'nt put it down. Very thought provoking and informative. Can't wait for her next one they are so well researched. Its out in paperback at the airports.

Well that's very handy Chippie, as I shall be at Stansted airport tomorrow! I'd seen it in hardback but think they're a bit bulky and heavy for holiday reading. I've only got 4 books for the week I'm going away, so best I get another!

Picked this up at Luton Airport Saturday evening, read half on the flight home to Spain, finished it Sunday mid-evening. Couldn't put it down, have also read The Island and thoroughly enjoyed that too. Having been to Spinalonga, the island in question, it added to the enjoyment of the book, and now living in Spain, The Return was even more interesting, and informative too regarding the Civil War. Was going to say I can't wait for her next book, but guess that just like everyone else, I will have to.
