hi - I have just been browsing the site after a long abscence and noticed your post - were you successful in starting up a Coventry group? I love walking and covered most of the Coventry way when training for 2006 and 2007 ribbon walks - unfortunately due to health problems I then had to cut back on the walking but now am determined to restart the road back to fitness- I regularly walk on my own at present - not the safest option but lack friends who love to walk - apart from to the pub!- I do go out most wednesday evening to accompany my granddaughter on orienteering - while she runs round I usually try to fit in a 3 mile approx walk but would love to start upping the mileage and revisiting some of the lovely walks around coventry
